This residence explores sculptural minimalism, where architecture, art, and materiality combine to create a calm yet powerful living environment. Inspired by Carlo Scarpa, the design celebrates material junctions, precise detailing, and the quiet interplay of light, shadow, stone, and timber.

A muted palette of warm whites, ivories, and layered neutrals is contrasted with blackened steel, bronze, and veined marble. Architectural panelling and softened curves introduce rhythm and fluidity to the disciplined geometry.

Living spaces are composed with a gallery-like sensibility, anchored by a sculptural marble coffee table, bespoke sofas, and an alabaster circular pendant. Curated works by Paul Bik and Australian sculptors reinforce the dialogue between art and architecture.

In the study, dark timber volumes and reflective elements create depth, while materials such as oak, marble, metal, and plaster remain central to the design narrative.

Bathrooms feature Italian marble, custom oak cabinetry, and brushed chrome detailing, expressing warmth within a minimalist framework. Filtered natural light enhances texture and shadow throughout, creating a timeless, contemplative sanctuary defined by craftsmanship and sculptural form.
