Details

Set within the lush landscape of Palm Beach, this private residence by FREEMAN & CO. reinterprets classical American architecture through a contemporary lens. The project balances the timeless elegance of a Georgian-inspired estate with a restrained modern sensibility, creating a home that feels both grand and effortlessly livable. The design reflects FREEMAN & CO.’s philosophy of delivering highly tailored luxury environments defined by exceptional craftsmanship, architectural clarity, and meticulous attention to detail.

The interiors are composed around a refined monochromatic palette of ivory stone, richly stained oak, and sculptural black accents. Throughout the residence, dramatic volumes are softened by curated furnishings, bespoke detailing, and abundant natural light. A sweeping staircase forms the architectural centrepiece of the entry hall, establishing a sense of arrival while introducing the project’s dialogue between classical proportion and contemporary form.

Natural stone is used as both a material and an artistic statement, with expressive marble surfaces wrapping kitchens, fireplaces, and architectural openings. The contrast between white walls and deep Japan-black flooring creates a sophisticated visual rhythm, while custom lighting and carefully selected artworks add depth and individuality to each space.

The residence embraces Palm Beach’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle through expansive windows that frame manicured gardens and tropical landscaping. Every room is designed to foster a connection to its surroundings, balancing serenity, functionality, and understated glamour.

The result is a residence that feels simultaneously timeless and modern—an elegant sanctuary where architectural tradition, contemporary design, and refined craftsmanship converge to create a distinctly Palm Beach expression of luxury living.
